    Indoor soccer rules

    CISL matches are played at the Benson Centre on a regulation indoor pitch. The field is smaller than an outdoor field, which keeps the pace fast and every player involved. Each match is two 25-minute halves with a short halftime break. Teams switch ends at halftime.

    Required equipment

    What to bring

    • Shinguards covered by socks
    • Indoor/court shoes with non-marking soles
    • Water bottle
    • Team jersey or a contrasting colour
    • Goalkeeper gloves (optional, for keepers)
